a. Delivery Area: Delivery is available within the areas specified in our Service. We are not responsible for Orders placed outside of these areas.

b. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation times may affect delivery times.

c. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may apply based on your location, order size, and other factors. These fees will be displayed at checkout.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel an Order before it has been prepared by the restaurant. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

b. Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of IOX Delivery or their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. User Content

a. Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including reviews and ratings.
